  • Strategic Planning 2025

    Boyertown Area School District has formed a Strategic Planning Committee. The purpose of this team is to assist the Administration in developing a planning document (Strategic Plan 2025-2030) that articulates both the district's vision/mission/goals and how the district will achieve these goals over a five-year period. The Strategic Plan will then be presented to our Board of School Directors for their consideration of approval and shared with all BASD Stakeholders. Areas include:

    • Curriculum & Instruction/Professional Development
    • Finance & Facilities
    • Student Services
    • Technology
    • School & Community Relations

    The team includes more than 100 members across six stakeholder groups: administrators, teachers, support staff, students, parents/guardians, and community members (taxpayers without students).  They will come together once a month through June 2025 in
    preparation for the Board presentation.

    We will share details of the process and the committee's work as it unfolds.

    The team will use our current
    Vision/Mission/Goals
    as a starting point.  During Meeting #2 we will analyze and modify the statements as agreed upon.
